” Morning yoga for beginners”(CLICK HERE)and I love those videos! And I’m in love now with yoga really! I like thos moves and all that! And Adriene is so good instructor!

If you don’t know why you should do all that yoga stuff then I tell you why!:

- Helps you stay focused
- It helps relief a stress
- It can help unlock stuck emotions
- It helps you to relax your muscles
Ofcourse all those reasons are so more but those are my reasons why I started to do yoga!
But yeah… I like watch Adriene videos and I love to do yoga… and ofcourse I’m not doing it all perfectly but atleast I’m tryin and that’s totally okay! You’ll learn it all!
